   I know this might sound dumb, but isn’t every piece of clothing modest, because you can layer it with something else?

   I personally don’t want to always have to layer, especially when you live in a hot spot. You want a dress or shirt that is just one piece, but that being said, layering is “in” right now. So take advantage.

   I think the modesty problem comes up when people don’t wear layers when they should. (see through clothing, low necklines, low waitlines..)
