I looooove cardigans. I have a number of them. This season, we had the boyfriend cardigan, a baggier version that goes well with just about anything.
MTV personality Vanessa Manillo
I love the boots…

Spring is practically here, so take advantage of end-of-fall sales if you haven’t gotten yourself one.

I’ve become convinced that just because you’re pregnant or a new mom doesn’t mean you can’t dress modestly and fab too.
For example:
R&B singer Jennifer Lopez

As an aside, J.Lo just gave birth to fraternal twins a few days ago, and I can’t wait to see her walking around New York pushing a stroller in five inch heels.
Actress Naomi Watts (O, spring!)

Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham amazes me. How do you run after three little boys dressed like that? Whatever, girlfriend looks great.
Actress Isla Fisher
Believe it or not, she just had a baby too…

And at last but certainly not least, Katie Holmes. (I hope she comes back to the faith soon.)

Peacoats appear on the racks each fall like clockwork. If you bought one ten years ago, chances are you’d still get compliments today. Being that I’m in SoCal, I only get to where my collection of peacoats for a few months until it’s too warm again. It’s rainy here in LA right now, but in a few weeks i’ll have to put my pretty peacoats away until next fall.
However, if you’re lucky enough to live more toward the east coast, than it’s not too late for you to rock this season’s peacoat trends in addition to the classics:
Actress Hayden Penetierre in the bright red peacoat
Actress Isla Fisher in the patterned peacoat

Actress Scarlett Johanssen in the big gold buttoned peacoat

Ah, I wanna steal her shoes!

Well I was quite happy with the awards (go Juno go!) but I was even happier that modesty was not lost on some of the lovely attendees.
Actress Kerry Washington
I swear…only she could rock this technicolor/safari ensemble and still look fab…

Actress Kerri Russel (Can you believe she just had a baby?)

Actress America Ferrera (I’m loving this dress.)

Model Sienna Miller

I see a lot of this in LA. It’s just a t-shirt over whatever bottoms, sometimes a skirt, sometimes pants, and then dressed up with jewelry. It just goes to show how versatile cotton really is! And might I say from experience, it’s a great option when your alarm didn’t go off and you’re late for class.
Hillary Duff (I love that sweater, but I will be so happy when leggings go out of style.)

R&B singer Rihanna out and about.
(Cute bag!)

Actress Jessica Alba and model Naomi Cambell (Yeah, the one who gets into fights.)
Notice anything the same?

Truth be told, it’s a great time for modest fashions. Modestia has even reached Milan!
